Australia-Wide Delivery
We ship to all Australian states and territories from our Perth warehouse. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched with tracking details provided via email.

Standard Shipping

• Delivery time: 7-15 business days from order confirmation

• Cost: Free shipping on orders over $150. Otherwise $15 flat rate under 5kg Australia-wide.

• Coverage: Metro areas (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin) and most regional locations

Regional & Remote Areas
Some products sourced from international suppliers may take 15-25 business days for delivery. We'll notify you if your order falls into this timeframe with an updated ETA.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Track your parcel anytime through Australia Post or our courier partner.

• Public holidays and peak periods may extend delivery times
